How quickly can you answer my question?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
f you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@breevaglow.com or call us at +1 443-474-2827 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
How long is the processing period?
Order processing times are between 1-2 business days.
General shipping information:
Please note that our handling time is 1-2 business days. In addition, our transit time is 8-15 business days. Therefore, once you place an order, you can expect to receive your product within 9-17 business days (Monday to Friday).
Will my order come in one package?
Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1-2 business days apart.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. We are working to expand our services to other countries in the future.
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at support@breevaglow.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.
Please provide:
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If the product arrives damaged or defective:
- Breeva Glow will cover the return shipping cost.
- A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
